One Beautiful Life

Hello and welcome. Thank you for stopping by to visit an ongoing passion project of mine - writing, creating and building a #OneBeautifulLife brand in honor of the rapid pace of the passing of time and my intention to grow in each chapter, taking it all as a gift and to always anchor in gratitude every step of the way.

My #OneBeautifulLife concept was born in 2020 during my study of Positive Psychology, is the title of my first published memoir, and is now a growing collection of writings, dreams come true, specialized leadership trainings, and source of inspiration for my creativity.

I believe that the vibration of being who you are & doing what you love is magnetic. We align everything we need in our #OneBeautifulLife with aligned energy. But, my goodness it is hard at times. Holding onto the magic in our core during the journey is the art, but it is what we are here to do, together.

Have a look around at what is an ever changing eclectic assortment of things, recently trimmed down with intention. I decided that you have to decide what love would do in any moment, and simply do that. And so, that gives us freedom to change things up and find what we love and do that - and for me that means creating, and being near the water, as much as possible. And so it goes in this #OneBeautifulLife, it is always changing and always beautiful.
